1. Follow the 'Book Appointment' link to our online scheduling platform where you will select your provider, or follow your provider's direct scheduling link. 

2.  Choose your desired service. Available date and time slots for that service will be displayed.

3.  Once you have selected your time slot, you will be guided to fill out the online new patient intake form if you have not already done so.

4.  Show up on time for your appointment and get ready to feel better!
